Is Everything Included?

Large Eat-in Kitchen
I awoke this morning to find this lovely darling listed on our MLS.

The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... and a whole lotta junk. Once again, I'm stunned that anyone on earth (let alone a licensed real estate agent) would actually think that it was necessary to include the photo of the kitchen. But then it got worse with the backyard shot.

Even if they were trying to appeal to someone who was going to tear the place down, that picture isn't do anything but ending up on a website like ours.

Al Fresco Dining?
I suppose the only good thing that can come from posting photos like this on your listing is that it REALLY let's buyers know when they are getting themselves into.

And in case you were wondering (and I know you were)... here is the description as posted on the MLS: REDUCED PRICED!!! SEEING IS BELIEVING!! THIS WON'T LAST LONG. THIS IS A STANDARD SALE / TENANT OCCUPIED. WITH A LITTLE TLC AND PERSONAL COMFORT THIS COULD BE YOUR "DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH"

As always, pointing out these "Bad Real Estate Listing Photos" is Los Angeles Realtor Gerry Moylan
