We particularly love the Pinnochio blanket hanging off the front porch.

We're not sure if that's a dog house or bird sanctuary behind that ratty blanket, but what we'd really like to know is if it's included with the sale. 

The second photo features what can only be described as... um... a whole bunch of junk, which should help speed the sale along.

We particularly like that this listing agent was thoughtful enough to include the tattered recliner dumped in front of this house. The description of this property reads as follows: GATED 3 BR HOME LOCATED NEAR WESTERN & BEVERLY. INTERIOR IN NEED OF COSMETIC TOUCH UP ONCE VACATED. THERE IS NO GARAGE IN BACK YARD, ONLY STORAGE SHED. HIGH CEILINGS IN ATTIC CAN BE ACCESSED BY A PULL DOWN LADDER IN HALLWAY THAT CAN BE TURNED INTO EXTRA STORAGE SPACE OR ANYTHING YOU MAY WANT TO IMAGINE.

Unfortunately, he did not include any photos of the interior. In fact, the agent only provided this one picture. It's safe to assume that this is a keeper.

This one is too funny. As of September 11, 2012, this is currently listed for sale on the MLS. The agent only posted one photo, and it was obscured by his photographer's finger. We can only assume that he was the photographer... because if he hired someone to take photos we figure there would be more...
